Showing the world how important it is to stay properly hydrated during the sweltering summer months, Mary-Kate Olsen was spotted strolling around Los Angeles, California with a big bottle of SmartWater in hand (Jennifer Aniston would be so proud!).The pint-sized actress sported a rather hodge-podge ensemble including a black and white plaid patterned top along with a pair of cutoff denim shorts and black strappy sandals.
And it sounds like the “Wackness” babe is having a bit of trouble with a former landlord, as she’s being sued for damages to a $15,000-a-month Hollywood apartment she used to rent.
The landlord claims Olsen broke an agreement to refit the Sunset Boulevard pad’s kitchen to it’s original state after doing a bunch of custom work to suit her needs. He also claims that she flooded a garden pond.
As a result, the landlord isn’t returning her $30,000 security deposit, and is seeking further money for the damages.
