Accompanied by a gal pal, Paris Hilton was spotted out enjoying the California summer sunshine at the Brentwood Country Mart on Friday (July 18).
Looking stylish in a blue, knee-length racerback dress with black heels and a black captain hat, the former Simple Life star and her shopping pal made a handful of purchases before heading back to the car and driving off.
Meanwhile, the hotel heiress recently blasted rumors of a reality show featuring herself, Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears.
She says, “I do not think that would be a good idea at all. That’s so not hot. Especially not for a TV show. I really do not know where some people come up with these stories.”

Hilary Duff’s Salon Stop
Enjoying a beautiful sunny southern California afternoon yesterday, Hilary Duff was spotted grabbing a quick cup of coffee in Studio City before making her way to the Neil George Salon in Beverly Hills.
And the “War, Inc.” stunner was looking summer sexy in a blue and grey tank top teamed with a pair of white trousers and light brown heels as she chatted away on her mobile phone.
Miss Duff has been keeping herself busy with yet another promising project called “Stay Cool,” in which she plays a flirty high school student who catches the eye of author Mark Polish played by Henry McCarthy.
For something a little more family friendly, you may want to check out Hilary’s next release “Foodfight!” slated to hit theatres next month.

Cristiano Ronaldo Chows Down
He’s been in Los Angeles for the past few days to attend the ESPY Awards, and it looks like Cristiano Ronaldo has taken a liking to his SoCal surroundings.
Last night, the Manchester United stud was spotted doing as the Tinseltown celebrities do - dining out at the trendy Mr. Chow restaurant.
He painfully made his way into the restaurant via a pair of crutches (Ronaldo recently had ankle surgery) sporting a black button-up shirt and white trousers.
Earlier this week during a night out at celebrity-popular club Villa, Cristiano reportedly shut down Paris Hilton when she tried to flirt with him.
An eyewitness told press, “Paris saw Ronaldo and immediately slithered past the dozens of women trying to get his attention. Then she climbed over one of his mates and planted herself next to him. She was flirting with him but he wasn’t interested. He was just happy drinking. She looked a bit put out.”

Halle Berry’s Nahla-Free Afternoon
Treating herself to a day free of mommy duties, Halle Berry was spotted yesterday making her way around the Century City Mall in Los Angeles, California.
Joined by a young man (reportedly a member of her family), the “Monster’s Ball” babe indulged her sweet tooth at an ice cream stand before heading over to Bloomingdales department store.
Miss Berry also stopped into the Armani Exchange store for a few items before making her way to the Ron Herman boutique in Beverly Hills.
On the activism front, it seems Halle will be fronting the new campaign for ovarian cancer awareness. Teaming up with the Callaway Golf Foundation and the Entertainment Industry Foundation, Berry will be doing public service announcements starting next month.

Computer mouse heading for extinction
Humble input device being usurped by touch screens and facial recognition
The computer mouse is set to die out in the next five years and will be usurped by touch screens and facial recognition, analysts believe.
Gartner said that innovations from electronics firms creating new interactive interfaces for gaming and smartphones are driving the demise of the mouse.
Steven Prentice, vice president and Gartner Fellow, told the BBC that devices such as Nintendo's MotionPlus for the Wii and Apple's iPhone point the way to the future, offering greater accuracy in motion detection.
"With the Wii you point and shake and it vibrates back at you so you have a two-way relationship," said the analyst.
"The new generation of smartphones like the iPhone all now have tilting mechanisms or you can shake the device to do one or more things."
Prentice also highlighted home entertainment efforts from Panasonic which employ hand and facial recognition techniques to display information in place of a conventional remote control.
However, while the mouse's 40 year-old reign is coming to an end, the keyboard is here to stay, according to the analyst.
"For all its faults, the keyboard will remain the primary text input device. Nothing is easily going to replace it," he said. "But the idea of a keyboard with a mouse as a control interface is breaking down."

Snoop Dogg dons turban for Singh is Kinng
When Snoop Dogg decided to shoot a song with Akshay Kumar for Singh is Kinng, he didn't know what he was getting into.
According to the contract, the rapper was to have his own crew and clothes but within no time Akshay had him eating Indian food and wearing a turban.
Producer Vipul Shah told IANS: "We finally shot the song in Chicago. It's true the contract said everything in the shoot, including the clothes were to be done by Snoop Dogg's crew. But Akshay decided to shop for his own clothes. And he persuaded Snoop Dogg to accompany him.
"They bought themselves a sherwani and a turban each. Plus a whole lot of accessories that you'll see them sporting in the song. Akshay persuaded Snoop to dress up like a Sardarji for the song. The rapper sportingly agreed although he's known to never go beyond his contract."
Apparently Akshay and Snoop's shopping spree cost Vipul a bomb. In all, he spent Rs 20 million for the video.
"Well, it's not easy to shop for sherwanis and turbans in Chicago. They ran up a bill of $10,000. To his credit, Akshay paid his own share and told me he'd use all the stuff he had bought beyond my film. In fact, Akshay bought a golden jacket at his own cost that you'll see in all the hoardings.
"But yes, I did have to foot Snoop Dogg's shopping bill of approximately $5,000. But I didn't mind the cost because Akshay managed to do the impossible - he got an international artiste seriously interested in Bollywood. Now Snoop will visit India for further collaborations."
Snoop will be coming to India on Akshay's invitation. Shah said: "It was truly heart warming to see the camaraderie between them. They not only danced together but also sang together. I'd say this Snoop Dogg-Akshay number is truly international.
"Snoop is from Los Angeles, RDB who mixed the song are from London and Pritam Chakbraborty, who did the score, fine-tuned the track in Mumbai. In fact I'm truly grateful to Pritam. Although I broke my contract with him by bringing another composer into the soundtrack, Pritam sportingly suggested changes, which I've incorporated into the Snoop Dogg track."

Snoop Dogg video is looking brilliant
Akshay Kumar & Snoop Dogg swapped Los Angeles for Chicago as they shot the keenly awaited video of the title song of Singh Is Kinng last week.
The king of Bollywood and the king of rap got on like a house on fire and even went on a major shopping spree for the shoot, running up a 'kingly' bill!
Akshay succeeded in convincing Snoop to don Indian clothes and accessories in the song! The rapper graciously went beyond his contract and agreed to don a sardar look, which promises to be an absolute delight for his fans the world over.
Remarks producer Vipul A. Shah, "Snoop wants to do a Hindi movie with Akshay, as he is really keen on wooing the Indian audiences. The most interesting aspect of the song is that one gets to see two very different styles - Hip Hop with Snoop and Bhangra with Akshay. Their chemistry was worth seeing as they're superstars from two different worlds. To say the least, the video is looking brilliant!"
Singh Is Kinng releases internationally on Thursday, August 7 by Studio 18.
