Christian Bale Avoids questions about assault allegations

Christian Bale, the famous Hollywood actor, has skirted questions about the assault allegations against him. He did so on Tuesday during the premiere of much-hyped film "The Dark Knight," in Japan.

Details about Christian Bale’s news have been gathered from quite a number of sources. British media has reported that Bale's mother and sister have complained to police that he assaulted them at the hotel a day before attending the European premiere of the film.

However Christian Bale skillfully evaded all types of questions related to personal life during the Japanese premiere.

"It's a private matter.” It was quoted by Christian as saying to a crowded news conference. Last week, in Spain also, Christian Bale brushed off reporters with a similar comment.

However it was via lawyers that Bale made his comments. He said that the assault allegations are false.

Thirty four year old Welsh actor's personal drama did not hamper the success of the movie. It crossed 300 million dollars mark just in ten days in U.S. and is expected to do well in other continents like Europe and Asia.

Christian Bale and his co-stars were very much elated when they talked about the performance of late Heath Ledger, who stole the show with his portrayal of the Joker.

"You could see how much glee and pleasure he got out of playing this character," Bale said this about Ledger, who died in January.

Christian Bale was the child star of Steven Spielberg's "Empire of the Sun" in the year 1987. His other hit films are namely "The Machinist”,"American Psycho," and "Batman Begins."

"The Joker claims the only things you can believe in are chaos and disorder." "There is some truth to that," commented Bale.
